Mizfit Gives is a nonprofit initiative dedicated to uniting our community through fitness, wellness, and giving back — and we’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Ignite & Inspire event.

Ignite & Inspire is a high-energy, family-friendly fitness and wellness experience designed to bring people together for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful impact. This public, ticketed event blends engaging fitness sessions and wellness experiences in an uplifting, inclusive environment for all ages and ability levels.

Participants can enjoy a dynamic schedule of guided classes including yoga, pilates, dance, and sculpt, led by passionate instructors who make movement accessible, energizing, and fun. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or already active, there will be opportunities to move your body and feel inspired.

Guests will also enjoy a curated lineup of aligned fitness and wellness vendors, featuring products, services, and resources that support healthy lifestyles — from recovery and nutrition to mindfulness and performance. It’s a chance to discover new tools, meet local experts, and explore brands that share our mission.

We’re also featuring a dedicated Kids Zone with fun, supervised activations so the whole family can participate and enjoy the day — including a bounce house, face painting, hair tinsel, and interactive arts and wellness-focused activities designed just for children. Parents can take part in classes and vendor experiences while kids stay engaged, active, and smiling.

Most importantly, event proceeds directly support children facing mental health challenges, helping them gain access to resources and opportunities to pursue their dreams in the arts. By attending, you’re not just joining a great event — you’re contributing to real change.

Our Kids Zone ensures your little ones have just as much fun as you do. Designed for ages 5+, this interactive space includes:
